Spinach tarts, Greek olives, a Greek salad and grilled striped bass with sherry cream sauce will be served with risotto, shiitake mushrooms and leeks. Reservations accepted through Thursday, July 24. Dinner will cost $60 per person plus tax. |
| Tassel Ridge Winery will be at the State Fair | August 7-17 | Iowa State Fairgrounds, Des Moines, IA Join us in the Iowa Wine Tent at the Iowa State Fair. We'll be serving up Iowa wines, including our own Tassel Ridge favorites. $1 per taste; Wine by the glass or by the bottle will also be for sale. |

It starts off with mini burritos and warm tortilla chips to dip in spicy salsa and guacamole, followed by a Mexican salad, chili-rubbed skirt steak, and cinnamon, dark chocolate cheesecake. Mark your calendar to make reservations by Thursday, August 14. Dinner cost will be $60 per person plus tax. |
| Jaguar and Porsche Clubs of Iowa Show & Shine | Sunday, August 17 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. | Tassel Ridge Winery Tassel Ridge Winery will be hosting the Jaguar Club of Iowa and Porsche Club of Iowa for a "show and shine". Come out for the day to see vintage Jaguars from the 50's, 60's and 70's and vintage Porsches from the 60's, 70's and 80's. |
| Iowa Wine Festival | Saturday, August 23 1:00 to 9:00 p.m. | Town Square, Indianola, IA Stop by the Indianola Town Square to experience the 2008 Iowa Wine Festival. This year's Festival will offer a variety of Iowa wines to sample and buy, as well as an assortment of art, food, and other exhibits. Tickets to the event are $25 in advance and $30 the day of the event. |
