Enjoy a three-course dinner beginning with a Mixed Greens Salad with Apple, Almonds, Blue Cheese, and Balsamic Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge 2013 American La Crescent followed by Ham with Finalé Iowa Red Cherry Sauce served with Rice Pilaf and Grilled Asparagus paired with Tassel Ridge 2015 Iowa Marquette Rosé. For dessert, enjoy Berry Almond Shortcake paired with Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante® Pink.
