6:00 p.m.—Wine Tasting in the Cellar; 6:30 p.m.—Dinner Seating
Reservations Required by 3:00 p.m. on September 22
Join us for a very special dinner evening beginning with a visit to the Tassel Ridge Winery cellar with Winery owner, Bob Wersen, where you will taste wine taken from the barrel that afternoon. Bob will discuss how the wines were made, and then you will be able to taste the difference a year of barrel aging makes in a wine. Before dinner is served, sample three Iowa Marquette vintages and select your favorite to pair later with your entrée.
Dinner begins with a Spinach, Apple, White Cheddar, Pistachio, and Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad paired with Tassel Ridge La Crescent followed by Roasted Petite Shoulder Tender, Polenta, and a Seasonal Green Vegetable paired with the Tassel Ridge Iowa Marquette vintage of your choice. For dessert, Dark Chocolate Covered Strawberry and Cream Cake will be paired with Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante® Pink.
Advance prepaid, non-refundable reservations required by Thursday, September 22. Call the Winery at 641.672.WINE (9463) to make reservations.
$50 per person, plus tax—Harvest Club Member & 1 Guest: $45 per person, plus tax (includes dinner, wine paired with each course, and gratuity).
