3 cups arugula
2 oranges, peeled and sliced
12 black olives
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup candied pecans
¼ cup balsamic vinegar reduction or balsamic glaze
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Spilt arugula between two plates. Top with oranges, olives, feta, and candied pecans. Drizzle with balsamic and oil. Serves 2.
