Try these combinations… or experiment with your own:
Tassel Ridge Finalé Blackberry with dried blueberries
Tassel Ridge Chocolate Granfinalé™ with dried cherries
Tassel Ridge Iowa Prairie Snow® with dried apricots
Serving suggestions―use to top cheesecake, ice cream, or pound cake; use as or add to pie filling for a special treat; try Drunken Blueberries in muffins
Note that Chocolate Granfinalé™ may clash with chocolate desserts, so use it as cheesecake topping or with non-chocolate desserts.
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp cold water
Put cornstarch in small bowl. Add cold water. Stir until smooth paste forms and no lumps remain.
Wine Recommendation―Tassel Ridge Finalé Raspberry.
Finalé Raspberry is a dessert wine with an intense rush of tart raspberry aroma and flavor. Yum!
