Tassel Ridge Hawaii Wave

4 oz crushed ice
8 oz Tassel Ridge 2012 Iowa Edelweiss
3 scoops pineapple sherbet
8 oz lemon-lime soda
2 oz coconut milk
2 oz pineapple juice
fresh strawberries
fresh pineapple chunks
bamboo skewers

Crush ice in a blender. Add Tassel Ridge 2012 Iowa Edelweiss, sherbet, soda, coconut milk, and juice. Blend until smooth. Thread strawberries and pineapple chunks onto bamboo skewers to create fruit kabobs. Pour drink into tall glass and garnish with a fruit kabob. Makes four 8-oz servings.
