1⁄2 cup Tassel Ridge Chocolate Granfinalé
3 tsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder
4 tsp sugar
pinch of salt
2 cups milk
marshmallows for garnish
Bring Tassel Ridge Chocolate Granfinalé to a simmer over low heat. Combine cocoa powder, sugar, and salt in bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of milk and stir well to combine. Add the rest of the milk and stir well. Add to the wine mixture. Bring to a boil, whisking occasionally. Pour into cups and garnish with marshmallows. Serves 2.
