½ cup water
⅓ cup sugar
½ cup flat Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante Iowa White (stir until bubbles are gone)
4 slices fresh pineapple, cut in half to make 8 pieces
2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
Combine water and sugar in small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil about 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Cool about 5 minutes. Once cool, add Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante Iowa White. Place one slice of kiwi and one piece of pineapple into each ice pop mold. Fill each mold with Oskyfizzante Iowa White mixture. Freeze about 4 hours. Makes 8 ice pops.
Chef’s Note: This is a great way to use the end of a leftover bottle of Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante Iowa White, or if you start with a fresh bottle, make sure to stir until the bubbles are gone.
