¼ cup Tassel Ridge La Crescent
¼ cup sugar
1 bottle Tassel Ridge Iowa White Blossom
1 cup peach juice
2 firm peaches, peeled, sliced, and grilled
1¼ cups fresh raspberries
1½ cups tonic water
Combine Tassel Ridge La Crescent and sugar in large pitcher. Let sit about 5 minutes. Add Tassel Ridge Iowa White Blossom and peach juice. Refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, add peaches and raspberries. Stir. Add tonic water. Stir. Pour into ice filled glasses. Serves 6–8.
