We will bottle Sweet Roxie Red® and will prepare the Oskyfizzante® Red for carbonation. Our first batch of Red, White, & Blue® is ready for cold stabilization. We will also be monitoring several fermentations. The cranberry fermentation was especially slow again this year, but it will finish up this week.
We had a power outage one day last week and we lost a phase of our 3-phase power. This can burn out motors so we will have the chiller serviced to make sure we don’t have one or more burned out motors.
Finally, we order our bottles five months in advance and they arrive a truckload at a time. The last truckload was delayed because of the cold weather.
