cellar photoThe Cellar Team bottled Blackberry Wine last Wednesday. This very smooth sweet wine has a deep blackberry aroma and rich blackberry flavors. We think it will pair nicely with a New York style cheesecake. Lew, our Cellar Technician, prepared a grilled chicken breast with a blackberry reduction. I wonder if a blackberry reduction sauce would be a nice addition to a pork tenderloin . . .

On Friday, we bottled American Pink Catawba. Jonita, our Cellar Assistant, thinks that this is our best American Pink Catawba yet. This wine has beautiful fruity aromas and it is refreshing and crisp on the palate.

On Saturday, the Cellar Team filtered Red, White, & Blue® so it could be bottled this week.
