Our cellar crew bottled a long run of Candleglow® White last Wednesday. Naturally, long bottling days are the time the bottling line decides to go on the fritz so the day was longer than planned.
We cold stabilized the Rockets Glare Rosé® and have prepared it for bottling this week.
