Fall is an exciting time at Tassel Ridge Winery because many of the grapes that were hanging on the vine as recently as Labor Day are now wine and are ready for bottling. Our first wine of the season is 2019 Iowa Nouveau (pronounced [new-vo]), a light, fruity wine. Made entirely from grapes grown in Iowa, Tassel Ridge 2019 Iowa Nouveau pairs well with brats, vegetable and beef soups and stews, and traditional holiday meals. Iowa Nouveau is best when consumed soon after purchase. Serve slightly chilled.
