This week’s bottling run will be another batch of our very popular Star Spangled White. We will also be getting two future batches of Star Spangled White ready for bottling. We are fining Sweet Roxie Red®, working on a new red wine for our Harvest Club, and working on a new dessert wine.

This week, we’ll also be receiving Cranberry and more Concord juice. We started spring cleaning in the cellar early this year. That means deep cleaning of floors and walls around the tanks. These are places that are frequently wet so fungus grows. We use high pressure hot water and a lot of elbow grease. It is hard work but essential.
