The Cellar Team filtered and bottled Prelude. We think that this will be a great wine with a very fruity nose.
Prelude was the last wine to be bottled in 2015. The cellar team will be hitting it hard with bottling starting again on January 5.
They finished up labeling Oskyfizzante® Iowa White.
The rest of 2015 will be dedicated to barrel work. The 2014 Iowa Marquette will be moved out of the 800 liter barrels to make room for 2015 Iowa Marquette which will be moved from the stainless tank where it was fermented.
