We will be pouring concrete on the approaches to the crush pad west of the Winery this week. In addition, we will be installing new LED lighting in the cellar as part of an energy efficiency project. So, other work in the cellar will have to be carefully choreographed.

We will be fining the current batch of Blackberry Wine and racking the Cranberry Wine off yeast lees while staying out of the way of contractors. We also have a large run of bottles that will be labeled. This will be a good week to get some harvest planning done. We have to figure out which tanks we will ferment each grape variety in. And, we will conduct some routine cleaning as time permits.
