Each growing season is different and that translates to differences in the wines from year to year. This year, the 2016 Edelweiss has the usual acid-sugar balance, but the expected pineapple and tropical fruit flavors are exaggerated in comparison to past years. We expect these flavors to mellow in the bottle as the wine ages. Come and taste the wine now that it is fresh! The 2016 Brianna is a dead ringer for the 2015 Brianna with apricot, peach, kiwi, pear, and apple notes on the nose and palate.
