A lot of people are surprised to learn that Tassel Ridge Winery makes dry red wines from Merlot, Syrah, and Zinfandel grapes. Our American Merlot is big, robust, and earthy. Our American Syrah is balanced and rich. And, our Zinfull is a light and fruity red Zinfandel. All of these wines pair well with flavorful steaks, chops, and roasts.
