2015 Iowa Silky St. Croix is a semi-sweet red with cassis, black cherry, and mango on the nose; soft black cherry on the palate; and a long, fruity finish. Made entirely from St. Croix grapes grown in our Iowa vineyards, 2015 Iowa Silky St. Croix pairs well with Mexican dishes or spicy Asian stir-fry. Serve chilled. Store at 55°F.
