We’ve now finished harvesting the following grape varieties: Brianna, Edelweiss, St. Pepin, LaCrosse, St. Croix, and Foch. We expect to begin harvesting Marquette on Wednesday of this week followed by La Crescent, Frontenac, and Sabrevois as they become ripe.
