Celebrate OktoberWinefest! Enjoy a German-themed dinner that begins with a Mixed Baby Greens Salad with Pears, Roasted Beets, Candied Walnuts, Goat Cheese, and Honey Mustard Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge La Crescent followed by Sauerbraten (spiced beef) served with Spätzle (house-made small dumplings) and Rotkohl (red cabbage) paired with Tassel Ridge American Merlot. Chef Frank’s Special Apple Strudel with Warm Vanilla Sauce paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa Prairie Snow® will end the evening on a sweet note!
