We can’t predict the weather with certainty and we sure didn’t predict that it would stay so mild so late this year. This week will get cold but that means that the vineyard floor will be frozen hard enough that we can get equipment out in the vineyards. We will start pruning the Marquette in our Meadowcreek Vineyard. And, we will start cutting back a few rows of Marquette in order to convert it to high wire trellis from vertical shoot positioning trellis.
We will start cleaning the tractors and Gators and getting annual maintenance done. We will place an order to chemicals and then fix broken irrigation lines.
