You are receiving this special E-newsletter because you listed Red/Dry wine as one of your interests.

Join us for a very special dinner evening designed specifically to address the interests of dry red wine lovers. It begins with a visit to the Tassel Ridge Winery cellar where Winery owner, Bob Wersen, will remove samples of 2012, 2013, and 2014 Tawny Finalé directly from the barrel for you to taste. He will discuss how the wines were made, and then you will be able to taste the difference barrel aging makes in the development of a Tawny dessert wine. Before dinner is served, Bob will share the different wine making techniques used to make the Tassel Ridge 2009, 2010, and 2012 Iowa Marquette. You will have an opportunity to sample each of the three wines and select your choice to pair with your entrée.

Dinner begins with a Spinach Salad made with Dried Cranberries, Blue Cheese, Almonds, and Raspberry Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge Candlelight and followed by Roasted Petite Shoulder Tender served with Garlic Rice and Grilled Asparagus and paired with your choice of 2009, 2010, and 2012 Iowa Marquette. For dessert, Dried Cherry and Walnut Bread Pudding with Crème Anglaise will be paired with Tassel Ridge Frost.

Advance prepaid, non-refundable reservations required by Thursday, March 26. Call the Winery at 641.672.WINE (9463) to make reservations.
