Tassel Ridge® Cherry Pizza with Two Chocolates Topping


Crust Ingredients:

  • cooking spray
  • 3 cups bran cereal crushed
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Topping Ingredients:

  • 1 8- oz pkg fat-free cream cheese softened
  • cup sugar
  • ¾ tsp almond extract
  • 1 21- oz can cherry pie filling
  • ¼ cup chopped semisweet baking chocolate
  • ¼ cup chopped white chocolate baking bar


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Mix cereal, butter, ¼ cup sugar, and vanilla in medium bowl. Press evenly on bottom and ½ inch up side of pizza pan. Bake 10 minutes. Put cream cheese, ⅓ cup sugar, and almond extract in medium bowl. Beat with mixer on medium speed until smooth. Spread evenly over cereal mixture. Top with pie filling. Microwave semisweet chocolate, in small bowl on high for 1 minute, or until chocolate can be stirred smooth. Repeat, in separate bowl, with white chocolate. Drizzle chocolates over pizza. Cool slightly before serving. Serves 12.
