Prairie Rose cheese from Milton Creamery is outstanding when paired with American Pink Catawba from Tassel Ridge Winery. We found that the cheese and the wine were nicely balanced and neither over-powered the other.
Prairie Rose cheese has not been available since last spring, and it just returned to stock at the Winery. Wrapped pieces are priced at about $4.00 each.
