We are putting the sleeves and labels on the Oskyfizzante Red this week. We can’t do it when we bottle because the bottles are cold and they sweat, making it impossible for labels to stick. So, we let them warm up for 2–3 days and then put the sleeves and labels on. We will bottle the 2012 Iowa Finale Tawny on Wednesday. This wine has been ageing in neutral barrels for seven years and will make an outstanding dessert wine. The alcohol level is about 19% and the sugar is about 10%. And, we will get Cranberry ready to carbonate so we can bottle it next week. Finally, we will be tasting 2019 Iowa Marquette that is in barrels.
