This week, the vineyard crew will try to get the remaining tasks done required to get the vineyards ready for winter. We still have some trellis damage to fix. We will also clean pickups and tractors and put them away in storage for the winter. We hope to get the water lagoons emptied a little more and then we will remove the aerators from our lagoons, cleaned up, and put away. We will then blow out our irrigation for the winter. Finally, if weather allows, we’d like to apply one more round of herbicide before cleaning up that equipment and putting it away for the winter.
