We will bottle our last batch of Star Spangled White®, our very popular sweet white wine. Our cellar team is also performing some of the last steps in getting our first batch of Red, White, & Blue® ready for bottling. And, the very slow Cranberry Wine fermentation is nearing completion. We will start cold stabilizing Rockets Glare Rosé® and will filter Sweet Roxie Red® this week.
Finally, we purchase our empty wine bottles in truckload quantities and wait five months for delivery after we place the order. We expect a delivery this week. This means we must plan ahead.
