We will be bottling a batch of our very popular American Steuben this week. Another bottling run of Oskyfizzante® Cranberry will follow late in the week. These runs will empty tanks we will need as we start to process fruit to be harvested this year.
Our cellar floors will get their regular pressure washing this week as part of the run-up to harvest. We have a new larger press and we are practicing to make sure we are ready to run the computer controls correctly when harvest comes.
And, we will start spending some time in the vineyards checking on the grapes to determine ripeness and flavor characteristics.
