Last week, we received blackberry and cranberry juice. We started the fermentations on Friday and will be monitoring the fermentations this week. Both of these wines ferment more slowly than grape juice and cranberry is especially slow.
We are preparing for our last Red, White, & Blue bottling of the year on Wednesday. We will also be developing a plan to get the rest of our wine bottled before harvest.
