We are bottling our first batch of the very popular Oskyfizzante® Cranberry this week. We have also just finished cold stabilizing a batch of American Steuben and will rack that wine off cream of tartar. We will get it bottled in the next week or so.

Preventative maintenance (PM) in preparation for harvest is a major task for the next few weeks. This week, we will have the PM done on our old press and will get our new press ready for harvest. We will also be cleaning the cellar floors and the crush pad.

Finally, we will place orders for fermentation supplies for this season and also bottles for the coming year. At the same time, we will develop our cellar and bottling schedule for this season to make sure we have all of the supplies required to make it happen.
