Our cellar team will get a double batch of Red, White, & Blue ready for bottling on Wednesday. This involves adding sugar and filtering the wine. This will be the last wine we will filter using our borrowed filter. Then, we will get it packed up and on the truck for the trip back to California.

Later in the week, we will start getting a batch of Rockets Glare Rosé® ready for bottling. We will receive both Blackberry and Cranberry juice and get the fermentations on both batches started.

We are working hard to get tanks empty and ready for harvest.

This week, construction will start on concrete bases for more 4,000-gallon outdoor tanks. We will also be paving the now gravel-covered area just west of our crush pad with concrete. And, we will extend our roof out about 40 feet.
