Red, White, & Blue® is our biggest selling wine. Each year, after we make the wine from grapes we grow, we start using our empty tanks to make Red, White, & Blue. Right now, we have several fermentations going. We start each fermentation with the nutrients that the yeast will need to convert the sugar in the juice to alcohol. At a point about half-way through the fermentation, we add the rest of the nutrients needed to finish the fermentation. We will blend several batches so that we get a consistent wine from year to year.

This week and for each of the next four weeks, we will bottle Red, White, & Blue.
