Tassel Ridge® Butternut Squash and Pear Bruschetta with Milton Creamery Quark

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 2 cups butternut squash peeled, small diced, roasted
  • 1 cup diced pear
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ¾ cup Milton Creamery Quark
  • 8 crostini
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic reduction

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Combine squash, pear, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper in skillet. Sauté about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Combine quark and remaining salt and pepper. Spread quark mixture on crostini. Top with squash mixture. Drizzle crostini with balsamic reduction. Serves 4.
