Tassel Ridge® Cherry Pizza with White and Semi-Sweet Chocolate Drizzle

Ingredients

Crust Ingredients:

  • cooking spray
  • 2½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅔ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Topping Ingredients:

  • 1 8-oz pkg fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ¾ tsp almond extract
  • 1 21-oz can cherry pie filling
  • ¼ cup chopped white chocolate baking bar
  • ¼ cup chopped semisweet baking chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Mix crumbs, butter, ¼ cup sugar, and vanilla in medium bowl. Press evenly on bottom and ½ inch up side of pizza pan. Bake 10 minutes. Put cream cheese, ⅓ cup sugar, and almond extract in medium bowl. Beat with mixer on medium speed until smooth. Spread evenly over crumb mixture. Top with pie filling. Microwave white chocolate, in small bowl on high for 1 minute, or until chocolate has melted enough to stir. Stir until smooth. Repeat, in separate bowl, with semi-sweet chocolate. Drizzle chocolates over pizza. Cool before serving. Serves 12.
