Combine soy sauce, tahini, vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper in blender. Blend until smooth. Slowly drizzle in sesame oil and canola oil. Blend until mixture begins to thicken. Turn off blender. Add sesame seeds. Pulse twice. Set mixture aside. Combine cabbage, snow peas, carrots, cucumbers, green onions, and cilantro in large bowl. Drizzle with soy sauce mixture. Toss until mixed. Split evenly between two plates. Top with chicken, oranges, and almonds. Serves 2.
