Tassel Ridge® Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3–4 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk sour cream, horseradish, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in medium bowl until mixture is smooth and creamy. Refrigerate for at least four hours before serving (can be stored in airtight container in refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks).
