Tassel Ridge Iowa St. Croix Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Tassel Ridge Iowa St. Croix
  • ½ cup beer
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Combine Tassel Ridge Iowa St. Croix, beer, ketchup, molasses, soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, chili powder, and salt in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally 25 to 35 minutes or until reduced to 1 cup.
