Put chocolate chips, scalded cream, egg yolks, and brandy in a blender (or food processor). Blend until smooth and chocolate chips are melted (the scalded cream will melt chocolate chips). Pour into six ramekins or Champagne coupes. Chill at least three hours, or until pudding-like consistency. Serves 6.
