Combine coffee, sugar, chipotle, salt, cayenne, and black pepper. Set aside. Let steaks stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile preheat grill over medium heat. Lightly brush each steak with oil. Season both sides of steaks with coffee rub. Place steaks on grill. Grill to desired doneness, about 6 to 7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F for medium. Remove from grill. Allow to rest 3 to 5 minutes before serving. Serves 4.
