Preheat oven to 350°F and preheat grill. Combine oregano, salt, and pepper, in small bowl. Season chicken breasts with oregano mixture. Place chicken on grill. Grill for 2 minutes per side, or until grill marks form. Transfer chicken to cookie sheet. Top with lemon slices, tomatoes, and feta. Drizzle each breast with 1 teaspoon butter. Bake for about 5 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Remove from oven. Place chicken, lemons, tomatoes, and feta on platter. Whisk juice from pan. Pour over chicken. Serves 4.
