Tassel Ridge® New York Strip Steaks Marinade
Ingredients

cup
olive oil
4
cloves
garlic,
thinly sliced
2
tsp
balsamic vinegar
½
Tbsp
dried rosemary
¼
tsp
salt
⅛
tsp
black pepper
Instructions
Combine oil, garlic, vinegar, rosemary, salt, and pepper in glass pan or zip bag. Mix well. Add steaks. Cover. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
