Tassel Ridge® New York Strip Steaks Marinade

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ Tbsp dried rosemary
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine oil, garlic, vinegar, rosemary, salt, and pepper in glass pan or zip bag. Mix well. Add steaks. Cover. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
