Tassel Ridge® New York Strip Steaks with Gorgonzola Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 8-oz New York strip steaks
  • Tassel Ridge® New York Strip Steaks Marinade (recipe below)
  • Tassel Ridge® Gorgonzola Butter (recipe below)

Instructions

  1. Marinate steaks 2 to 3 hours (see Marinade recipe below). Heat grill to medium-high. Grill steaks 5 to 7 minutes per side, internal temperature should reach 145°F (130–135°F for medium rare). Place a heaping teaspoon of Gorgonzola Butter (see recipe below) on top of each steak immediately after removing from grill.
