Tassel Ridge® Oskyfizzante® Pink Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 15.25-oz. box white cake mix with pudding
  • cups Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante Pink
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 3 egg whites
  • 4–5 drops red food coloring
  • Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante Pink Frosting (recipe below)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 24 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups. Combine cake mix and Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante Pink in large bowl. Add oil, egg whites, and food coloring. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake 17 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely. Frost with Oskyfizzante Pink Frosting. Serves 24.
