Tassel Ridge® Oskyfizzante® Pink Cupcakes

Oskyfizzante Pink Cupcakes 4341Ingredients:
1 15.25-oz. box white cake mix with pudding
1¼ cups Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante Pink
1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
3 egg whites
4–5 drops red food coloring
Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante Pink Frosting (recipe below)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 24 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups. Combine cake mix and Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante Pink in large bowl. Add oil, egg whites, and food coloring. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake 17 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely. Frost with Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante Pink Frosting. Serves 24.

Tassel Ridge® Oskyfizzante® Pink Frosting

½ cup butter, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
¼ cup Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante Pink
1 tsp vanilla
4–5 drops red food coloring

Combine butter, sugar, Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante Pink, vanilla, and food coloring in medium bowl. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Frost cupcakes. Store cupcakes loosely covered.
