Iowa Silky St. Croix is a semi-sweet red with cassis, black cherry, and mango on the nose; soft black cherry on the palate; and a long, fruity finish. Made entirely from St. Croix grapes grown in our Iowa vineyards, Iowa Silky St. Croix pairs with grilled meat, spicy chicken, Mexican dishes, and Spicy Asian Stir-fry. Serve chilled.
