The vineyard crew finished replacing broken posts at Meadowcreek Vineyard and moved to Maple Woods Vineyard to replace broken posts and to fix broken H-Braces. The H-Braces are the structures that support the trellis wires at each end of a row.
Jess Manley, our new Vineyard Manager, did his first toolbox talk with the crew last week. It was titled, Team up to Clean Up. It was focused on cleaning up the work spaces and to pick up items such as tools and to put them away so that they can be found when needed. The toolbox talk this week covered daylight savings time tips.
Jess did a physical inventory of chemicals in our storage facility.
