Tassel Ridge Iowa Candleglow White won the Best of Class for white wine blends and also won a Gold Medal. Iowa Candleglow White is a dry white blend with La Crescent, Brianna, and Edelweiss making up the blend. This wine is a perfect pairing with fish and most chicken dishes.
Tassel Ridge also won a Gold Medal for the 2020 Iowa Edelweiss. The 2020 vintage has just been released and is making its way into our retailers. This is the Tassel Ridge wine that is packaged in the tall blue bottle.

Fifty-two Wineries, most of which were from Minnesota, submitted 301 wines for the International Cold Climate Wine Competition which has traditionally been held in conjunction with the annual Minnesota State Fair. This year, the competition was conducted separately and earlier than the fair.
