Our brand-new Iowa Sweet & Snazzy will be officially released next week, but it is already available in a growing number of stores in Iowa. Iowa Sweet & Snazzy is a sweet, smooth red wine with rich cherry, raspberry, and blackberry notes on the palate and baking spice on the finish. Made from Marquette and Frontenac grapes grown in our Iowa vineyards, when served well chilled, this wine will complement all of your summer grilled meats. Yum!
If you’ve followed Tassel Ridge for the past several years, you may recall a Sweet & Snazzy from 2013. That wine was made from Merlot grapes that we imported from California because we didn’t have enough of our own red grapes. Our Iowa Sweet & Snazzy is made entirely from grapes we grew in Iowa.
