We finished most of our mechanical pruning last week so we are focused on hand pruning at Tassel Ridge this week with an emphasis on our 17-acre Edelweiss block. Once that is done, we will move to the LaCrosse block at Newport Lane.
Last week, we made great progress with our mechanical pruning but blew an O-ring on a hydraulic solenoid in the process. We ended up with oil all over the place. We got it fixed and have it in the shed at Maple Woods and ready to tackle the Maple Woods vineyard next week.
